Dr. Miller is a graduate of The University of Toledo and The Heritage Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship at Parkview Hospital in Toledo, OH and his residency in Internal Medicine at Doctors Hospitals in Columbus, OH. He is licensed in several states and currently holds life support certification with ATLS, ACLS, PALS and BLS. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Internists and the Institute for Functional Medicine.
He also has comprehensive training and experience in holistic medicine. This includes training with the Institute for Functional Medicine, training in Cranial Osteopathy and Craniosacral Therapy, training at the Upledger Institute, and more.
Dr. Miller has substantial training in multiple disciplines of shamanism. He has trained with The Foundation for Shamanic Studies, Sandra Ingerman, Michael Harner, The Four Winds Society, and multiple indigenous teachers including the Ecuadorian Iachak, Don Alberto Taxo. In addition, he was also instrumental in establishing The Society for Shamanic Practice by being a founding Board of Directors member and a Founding Member.
Dr. Miller believes that every person needs to be self-empowered to achieve their own healing. His mission is to help others to find their own power within, in order to optimize their personal health.
