Our Story, Our Mission, and Our Philosophy

Center for Help and Health was founded by Dr. Gregory Miller after he saw too many patients dismissed by the traditional healthcare system. Watching them be told their chronic pain and fatigue were normal for one reason or another, Dr. Miller chose to find a better way through Center for Help and Health. We believe that your symptoms act as a check-engine light for your body. Our dedicated team works to uncover the true root causes of your illness.
Our mission is to empower the residents of Tucson to reclaim their vitality through personalized, root-cause functional and osteopathic medicine. We believe in root-cause healing and structural alignment over symptom suppression in order to deliver data-driven diagnostics, unrushed patient-centric care, and transparent treatment pathways. If you’re interested in care that provides real, long-term solutions, contact us today to learn more about the specific conditions we treat and what to expect as a new patient.

Our Diagnostic Approach

Through advanced biomarker testing, functional movement assessments, and comprehensive microbiome analyses, we identify what’s impacting your health and devise a thorough treatment plan.

Our Treatment Approach

We utilize regenerative interventions, gentle osteopathic adjustments, and clinical-grade supplementation over standard pharmaceuticals. This gives you the best support to achieve true healing.

Investing in Your Health: Our Care and Billing Models

True healing requires time, attention, and a highly personalized strategy that standard insurance models often challenge. By operating outside of the traditional insurance system, we ensure that care for our Tucson and Oro Valley patients is never rushed, compromised, or dictated by a third-party billing code.
Our Care Model
We are a direct pay, out-of-network specialty clinic. This allows us to circumvent the meddling of insurance agencies to provide uncompromising care to our patients.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.
Superbills
We provide superbills upon request for potential out-of-network PPO insurance reimbursement.
